登山及戶外活動報名、取消、延期與退款政策
Mountain & Outdoor Activity Booking, Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy

一、報名成立與付款
1. Booking and Payment

1. 報名以完成付款為準，名額有限，恕不接受口頭或未付款之名額保留。
   A booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been received. Places are limited and cannot be reserved verbally or without payment.
2. 一人代表多人報名時，報名人應負責將活動內容、注意事項及本政策完整告知同行成員， 並確認同行成員同意後再完成報名。
   When one person books on behalf of multiple participants, the booking person is responsible for informing all members of the activity details, notices and this policy, and confirming their agreement before booking.
3. 報名前請確認活動日期、路線、人數、難度、體能與技術需求、 個人健康狀況及指定裝備需求。
   Before booking, participants must confirm the activity date, route, participant number, difficulty, fitness and technical requirements, health condition and required equipment.
4. 因個人原因發生報錯日期、重複報名、人數變更、工作或休假安排改變等情形， 依本政策之取消及延期規定辦理。
   Incorrect dates, duplicate bookings, participant changes, work schedule changes or other personal reasons will be handled under this cancellation and rescheduling policy.

二、行政及報名作業費
2. Administrative and Booking Processing Fee

每位參加者之行政及報名作業費為 NT$400／人。

An administrative and booking processing fee of NT$400 per participant applies.

包含但不限於：

• 訂單及報名資料建檔 / Booking and participant record processing
• 客服聯繫 / Customer service communication
• 團員名單處理 / Participant list administration
• 金流相關作業 / Payment administration
• 入園、入山或其他資料整理 / Permit and access-related administration
• 廠商聯繫 / Supplier coordination
• 行前行政安排 / Pre-activity administration
• 取消、延期及退款處理 / Cancellation, rescheduling and refund processing

相關行政服務自報名成立後即陸續開始執行。

These administrative services begin once the booking is confirmed.

三、個人取消、延期與改期
3. Personal Cancellation and Rescheduling

延期或改期視同取消原梯次
Rescheduling Is Treated as Cancellation of the Original Activity

因參加者個人因素提出取消、延期、改期、更換梯次、更換活動、 臨時不參加或自行放棄名額，原則上均視為 取消原訂梯次。

Cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, switching departures or activities, last-minute withdrawal or voluntarily giving up a place for personal reasons will generally be treated as cancellation of the original booking.

延期並非免費更換活動日期。

Rescheduling does not constitute a free change of activity date.

四、天候與安全判斷標準
4. Weather and Safety Assessment Standards

戶外及登山活動之天候具有不確定性，氣象預報亦可能隨時間持續修正。

Weather conditions in mountain and outdoor environments are inherently uncertain, and forecasts may change over time.

本公司是否照常進行、調整、延期或取消活動，將綜合參考：

• 中央氣象署海上或陸上颱風警報 / Typhoon warnings
• 大雨、豪雨、大豪雨、超大豪雨特報 / Heavy rain alerts and warnings
• 雷雨、強風、低溫、積雪、結冰資訊 / Thunderstorm, strong wind, low temperature, snow or icing information
• 短延時強降雨及累積降雨 / Short-duration intense rainfall and accumulated rainfall
• 國家公園、林業保育署及其他主管機關公告 / Government or land-management authority announcements
• 入園、入山及步道開放狀況 / Permit, mountain access and trail status
• 聯外道路、林道及交通狀況 / Road, forest road and transportation conditions
• 溪流水位及山洪風險 / River levels and flash-flood risk
• 土石流、落石及崩塌風險 / Landslide, rockfall and slope failure risk
• 路線地形、海拔及暴露程度 / Terrain, altitude and exposure
• 當地及現場實際天候 / Actual local and on-site conditions
• 嚮導依客觀資訊所作之專業安全判斷 / Professional guide safety assessment

中央氣象署及主管機關之警報、特報及公告屬重要安全評估依據， 但並非活動取消之唯一條件。

Official weather warnings and government announcements are important safety indicators, but they are not the sole conditions for cancellation.

即使尚未發布相關警特報或封山公告，如本公司依客觀資訊及專業判斷， 認為活動存在不合理之安全風險，仍得調整、延期或取消活動。

Even if no formal warning or closure has been issued, the Company may modify, postpone or cancel an activity where objective information and professional judgment indicate an unreasonable safety risk.

反之，如本公司尚未宣布取消、主管機關亦未禁止進入， 且經整體評估後活動仍可合理進行，參加者如基於個人風險偏好、 對天候疑慮或其他個人因素選擇退出，則依個人取消規定辦理。

Conversely, where the Company has not cancelled the activity, access has not been prohibited, and the activity remains reasonably feasible, withdrawal due to personal risk preference, weather concerns or other personal reasons will be handled under the personal cancellation rules.

五、個人取消費標準
5. Personal Cancellation Fee Schedule

取消時間以本公司實際收到參加者正式文字通知之時間為準。

The cancellation date is determined by the time the Company receives formal written notice.

前述取消費係綜合考量活動名額保留、嚮導及工作人員檔期安排、 前置規劃、行政作業、名額重新招募之可能性， 以及因取消所造成之合理營運損失。

Cancellation fees reflect reserved capacity, guide and staff scheduling, advance planning, administrative work, the ability to refill the place and reasonable operational losses caused by cancellation.

六、必要支出及共攤成本
6. Necessary and Shared Costs

登山及戶外活動具有固定團體成本，部分支出於活動前即已安排或發生， 且不會因單一參加者退出而等比例降低。

Mountain and outdoor activities involve fixed group costs, many of which are arranged or incurred in advance and do not decrease proportionally when an individual participant withdraws.

必要支出及共攤成本可能包括：

• 嚮導、領隊及工作人員人力與檔期成本 / Guide, leader and staff costs
• 交通及接駁 / Transportation and transfers
• 山屋、營地及住宿 / Mountain huts, campsites and accommodation
• 協作及揹工 / Porter and support services
• 餐食及已採購食材 / Meals and purchased food supplies
• 保險及相關規費 / Insurance and related fees
• 入園、入山及申請費用 / Permit and access application fees
• 抽籤或許可申請相關成本 / Lottery or permit application costs
• 委外廠商訂金 / Supplier deposits
• 裝備、場地及其他預訂費 / Equipment, venue and booking expenses
• 物資或行李運送 / Equipment or baggage transportation

必要支出之計算
Calculation of Necessary Costs

個別直接成本，以該參加者取消時「已實際發生、取消後仍須支付，或依第三方規定無法退回」之實際成本計算； 團體固定成本則依該活動原訂成本結構及原計價基準人數合理分攤。

Individual direct costs shall be calculated based on the actual costs attributable to the participant that, at the time of cancellation, have already been incurred, remain payable after cancellation, or are non-refundable under third-party policies. Fixed group costs shall be reasonably allocated according to the activity’s original cost structure and the number of participants originally used as the basis for pricing.

參加者如對退款計算有疑義，本公司得提供該參加者所負擔之 退款計算項目及金額說明。

If a participant has questions regarding the refund calculation, the Company may provide a breakdown of the applicable cost items and amounts.

七、退款計算方式
7. Refund Calculation

為避免取消費與必要成本重複累加，本公司將分別計算：

A、B 兩者比較後，以較高者作為本次取消應負擔之金額。

The higher of A or B will be used as the amount payable upon cancellation.

八、延期保留及抵用額度
8. Rescheduling Credit

本公司得依活動性質、取消時間、名額及合作廠商實際狀況， 提供延期保留方案，作為現金退款之外的優惠選擇。

Depending on the activity, cancellation timing, availability and supplier arrangements, the Company may offer rescheduling credit as an alternative to a cash refund.

1. 原訂梯次視為取消。
   The original activity booking is treated as cancelled.
2. 原梯次先依本政策完成取消費及退款計算。
   The original booking is first settled under this cancellation policy.
3. 本公司得提供比直接現金退款更優惠之保留金額，轉為抵用額度。
   The Company may offer a credit amount more favorable than the direct cash refund.
4. 抵用額度自延期確認日起原則上 12 個月內有效。
   Credit is generally valid for 12 months from the date of rescheduling confirmation.
5. 參加者只須於有效期限內完成新活動之報名及抵用， 新活動實際出發日期得晚於抵用額度有效期限。
   Participants only need to complete the new booking and apply the credit before expiry. The actual departure date may be later.
6. 抵用額度可用於本公司提供之登山、戶外活動、課程及 指定商品。
   Credit may be used for mountain activities, outdoor activities, courses and designated products.
7. 新活動或商品價格高於抵用額度者，應補足差額。
   Any amount exceeding the available credit must be paid separately.
8. 新活動或商品價格低於抵用額度者，剩餘額度得於原期限內繼續使用。
   Any unused balance may continue to be used within the original validity period.
9. 抵用額度原則限本人使用，不得轉售或私下交易； 特殊情形經本公司同意後得例外處理。
   Credit is generally personal and may not be resold or privately transferred unless approved by the Company.

指定商品退貨
Returns of Products Purchased Using Credit

使用抵用額度購買指定商品後，如依法或依商品退貨政策辦理退貨， 原以抵用額度支付之部分原則上返還為抵用額度， 不因退貨轉換為現金；法律另有強制規定者除外。

If a designated product purchased using credit is returned, the portion paid using credit will generally be returned as credit rather than cash, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

九、抵用額度之合理展延
9. Extension of Credit Validity

如於有效期限內因下列非可歸責於參加者之因素， 致參加者缺乏合理使用機會，本公司得依個案合理展延：

• 本公司未提供合理可使用之活動梯次
• 活動多次未達最低成團人數
• 已報名活動因本公司因素取消
• 活動因天災或不可抗力多次取消
• 抽籤型活動多次未取得名額

Where a participant has not had a reasonable opportunity to use the credit due to circumstances not attributable to the participant, the Company may reasonably extend the validity period on a case-by-case basis.

十、延期完成後不得回溯重新結算
10. Finality of Rescheduling Settlement

參加者確認接受延期保留方案後，即代表雙方已就原訂梯次之取消及款項完成結算。

Once a participant accepts the rescheduling credit arrangement, the original cancellation and payment settlement are considered completed.

不得因原活動後續天候變化、是否最終成行、主管機關後續封山， 或其他後續事件，要求回溯改按原活動重新計算退款。 法律另有強制規定者除外。

Subsequent weather changes, eventual operation or cancellation, later government closure or other subsequent events will not automatically reopen the original settlement, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

十一、天災、不可抗力及安全因素
11. Force Majeure and Safety-Related Changes

如因颱風、大雨、豪雨、雷暴、強風、低溫、積雪、結冰、 山洪、土石流、地震、落石、崩塌、道路中斷、步道封閉、 主管機關限制進入或其他安全因素，本公司得依實際安全需求：

• 照常進行 / Proceed as scheduled
• 調整集合時間或地點 / Adjust meeting time or location
• 調整路線 / Modify the route
• 更換營地或住宿 / Change campsite or accommodation
• 更換活動區域 / Change activity area
• 縮短行程 / Shorten the itinerary
• 提前撤退 / Retreat early
• 提供替代方案 / Provide an alternative activity
• 延期 / Postpone
• 取消活動 / Cancel

活動安全判斷不以主管機關正式封山或發布特定警報為唯一前提。

Safety decisions are not limited solely to formal closures or specific government warnings.

十二、不可抗力致活動無法執行
12. Activity Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

如因不可歸責於雙方之因素致活動客觀上無法進行， 則不適用個人取消之取消費比例。

If an activity objectively cannot proceed due to circumstances not attributable to either party, the personal cancellation fee schedule will not apply.

已實際產生且無法退回之第三方必要成本，得依實際情況扣除。

Necessary third-party costs already incurred and non-refundable may be deducted based on the actual circumstances.

其餘未發生或可退回之款項，依實際情況辦理退款， 或經參加者同意轉為延期／抵用額度。

Any remaining amount not incurred or recoverable will be refunded, or may be converted into credit with the participant's agreement.

十三、本公司基於安全考量主動取消
13. Cancellation by the Company for Safety Reasons

即使主管機關尚未正式封山，如本公司綜合中央氣象署資料、 道路及步道資訊、現場環境與嚮導專業判斷， 認定活動繼續進行可能造成不合理安全風險， 本公司得主動取消、延期或調整活動。

Even without a formal closure, the Company may cancel, postpone or modify an activity where objective information and professional guide assessment indicate an unreasonable safety risk.

此情形不適用參加者個人取消之取消費比例。

In such cases, the personal cancellation fee schedule will not apply.

十四、最低成團人數
14. Minimum Group Size

個別活動如設有最低成團人數，將於活動頁面事前公告。

Where an activity requires a minimum group size, this will be disclosed on the activity page in advance.

如未達最低成團人數，本公司得取消活動、協調其他梯次或提供替代方案。

If the minimum group size is not met, the Company may cancel the activity, offer another departure or provide an alternative arrangement.

十五、抽籤及實名制活動
15. Lottery and Permit-Based Activities

1. 抽籤／申請作業費為 NT$100／人。
   Lottery or application processing fee: NT$100 per person.
2. 申請送出後即已開始相關行政作業。
   Administrative work begins once the application is submitted.
3. 未中籤之退款及後續方式，以各活動頁面事前公告為準。
   Refund arrangements for unsuccessful lotteries follow the terms stated on the relevant activity page.
4. 中籤或核准後，如主管機關採實名制，不得任意更換參加者。
   Where permits are issued on a named-person basis, participants may not be freely substituted.
5. 中籤後因個人因素取消者，依本政策個人取消規定辦理。
   Personal cancellation after successful permit allocation remains subject to this cancellation policy.

十六、遲到、未到及途中退出
16. Late Arrival, No-Show and Withdrawal During Activity

如因個人因素遲到並影響團體安全、交通或活動時程， 本公司或嚮導得基於全團權益決定不再等待。

If a participant is late for personal reasons and this affects group safety, transportation or the activity schedule, the Company or guide may decide not to wait.

未經通知且未依時間出席者，視為未到，原則上不予退款。

Participants who fail to attend without notice will be treated as no-shows and generally will not be entitled to a refund.

活動開始後，如因個人體力、身體狀況、高度適應、心理因素、 裝備不足、自行放棄或未遵守合理安全指示而退出， 已完成及已發生之服務與成本不予退回。

Once the activity has begun, services and costs already provided or incurred are non-refundable where withdrawal results from personal fitness, health condition, altitude adaptation, psychological factors, inadequate equipment, voluntary withdrawal or failure to follow reasonable safety instructions.

十七、嚮導安全指揮權
17. Guide's Safety Authority

活動期間參加者應遵守嚮導及工作人員之合理安全指示。

Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions given by guides and staff.

如嚮導依客觀情況合理判斷參加者繼續前進可能危及本人、 工作人員或其他參加者安全，得要求停止前進、等待、折返或下撤。

Where a guide reasonably determines that continuing may endanger the participant, staff or other participants, the guide may require the participant to stop, wait, turn back or descend.

十八、健康狀況及參加者責任
18. Health and Participant Responsibility

參加者應於報名前自行評估活動難度及自身健康、體能與技術能力。

Participants are responsible for assessing the activity difficulty and their own health, fitness and technical ability before booking.

不得故意隱瞞足以影響活動安全之重要資訊。

Participants must not intentionally conceal material information that may affect activity safety.

本條不免除本公司依法應負之安全維護及相關責任。

Nothing in this section excludes any legal safety obligation of the Company.

十九、行程調整及特定目標
19. Itinerary Changes and Specific Objectives

登山活動可能受到天候、路況、團隊體能、活動時程及自然環境影響。

Mountain activities may be affected by weather, trail conditions, group fitness, timing and the natural environment.

活動頁面所載之登頂、特定景點、日出、雲海、星空、雪景或其他自然景觀， 均無法保證一定完成或看見。

Summits, specific viewpoints, sunrise, cloud seas, stars, snow scenery and other natural phenomena cannot be guaranteed.

如活動已合理進行，但基於安全、天候、團隊或路況因素調整部分路線、 折返或未完成特定目標，不因此當然構成退款事由。

Where the activity has been reasonably performed but a route is changed, shortened or turned back for safety, weather, group or trail reasons, this does not automatically create a right to a refund.

二十、照片及影像
20. Photos and Video

活動期間可能拍攝照片或影像作為活動紀錄。

Photos or video may be taken during activities for activity records.

如使用可辨識參加者身分之影像作公開社群、網站或商業行銷用途， 本公司將依適用法令及參加者同意範圍處理。

Identifiable participant images used for public social media, websites or commercial marketing will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the participant's consent.

二十一、退款申請方式
21. Refund Request Procedure

1. 取消、延期及退款申請應透過官方 LINE、電子郵件、 網站客服或其他可留存文字紀錄之方式提出。
   Cancellation, rescheduling and refund requests must be made through an official written channel such as LINE, email or website customer service.
2. 取消日期以本公司實際收到完整文字通知之時間計算。
   The cancellation date is the time at which the Company receives the complete written request.
3. 退款原則上退回原付款人或原付款方式。
   Refunds will generally be returned to the original payer or original payment method.

二十二、政策版本與適用
23. Policy Version and Applicability

本政策原則上以參加者完成報名及付款時所公告之版本為準。

The applicable version of this policy is generally the version published when the participant completes booking and payment.

本公司後續修訂政策，新版本原則上僅適用於生效後成立之新訂單， 不溯及影響已成立之訂單。

Future amendments generally apply only to bookings made after the effective date of the revised policy and do not retroactively affect existing bookings.

如個別活動頁面於報名前已明確揭露特殊規定， 該特殊規定視為該活動約定內容之一部分。

Any special terms clearly disclosed on an activity page before booking form part of the agreement for that activity.

二十三、法律適用及消費爭議
24. Applicable Law and Consumer Disputes

本政策未約定事項，依中華民國相關法令辦理。

Matters not addressed in this policy will be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

本政策任何內容均不排除或限制參加者依法享有之權利。

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights participants are entitled to under mandatory law.
